Job Targets and Decision Making 崗位目標(biāo)及工作權(quán)限
-轉(zhuǎn)向電機(jī)故障技術(shù)分析（包括診斷信息讀出和分析，故障再現(xiàn)）

-針對每個(gè)索賠案例定義失效分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試，特殊測試和度量
-定義特殊的測試用例，以便與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行測試并與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行聯(lián)合分析
-協(xié)調(diào)第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試（例如X射線，CT，橫截面）并整合到常規(guī)分析過程中

- Failure technical analysis (including diagnostic info readout and analysis, failure reproduction)
- Localization of failure type (integration issue, SW issue or HW issue)
- Hardware analysis, root cause analysis
- Create analysis report
Documentation of test data and reports
- Definition of FA standard test, special test and measurements for each Claim case
Responsible of their execution, test data documentation during the FA process
- Coordination of standard test and special test with Warranty Appraisal Specialist and Warranty E/E Technician
- Definition of special test cases for tests with suppliers and execute joint analysis with supplier
- Coordinate third party lab tests (e.g. X-ray, CT, cross section) and integrate into general analysis process
- Trouble shooting and measurements at external loations, on-site investigation
- Technical support of the Warranty Claim Coordinator, Warranty Appraisal Specialist, Supplier SQM and E/E Technician
- Forward all relevant information to the Warranty Claim Manager / Coordinator who will communicate to customer, participate at the customer meetings for necessary technical support
- Active support of Warranty Claim Coordinator to achieve the specified goals from the customer
- Integrate analysis results / lessons-learned into FA standard test
- Summarize issue root cause list / database
- Support group leader of optimizing failure analysis process and guidline
- Support of development Issue failure analysis
- Other tasks stipulated in the individual goal setting agreement in line with the competence strategy of the company
