we are seeking highly motivated and experienced project scientist to lead research team in the field of innovative medical devices research and development. as the research group leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team of engineers and postdoctoral fellows to develop and execute research projects, as well as apply and manage grant funding.

qualifications:

phd in biomedical engineering, mechatronic engineering, optical engineering or related fields

significant research experience and a track record of scientific publications and grant funding

experience managing and supervising research personnel

strong communication and leadership skills

responsibilities:

lead and supervise research projects in medical devices

manage grant funding and collaborate with funding agencies and organizations

mentor and direct the work of team members to ensure timely and successful project completion

collaborate with other research groups and teams to advance the field of medical devices

attend and present at scientific conferences and events
