職位說(shuō)明

工作職責(zé)：

1. provide personalized career counseling and guidance services to students;

2. organize and lead career development seminars and workshops;

3. establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to provide students with internship and job opportunities;

4. assist students in preparing job application materials, including resumes and interview skills;

5. track and analyze student career development data to assess service effectiveness and make improvements;

6. collaborate across teams to provide comprehensive educational and career development support.

崗位要求：

1. bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years working experience;

2. in-depth understanding of higher education and the job market, working experience in campus recruitment or oversea study consultancy is preferred;

3. excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and partners;

4. ability to work independently as well as part of a team;

5. proficiency in office software and career development-related tools;

6. strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
