Job Targets and Decision Making 崗位目標及工作權限
1. 當出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題或者存在對顧客的風險時有權停止生產(chǎn) Authorized to stop production in case of quality problem or risks for customer arisen
2. 對不合格品的處理決定 Decision on disposal of nonconforming products
3. 對客戶要求以及工廠內(nèi)部變更管理 Change management from customer and internal.


Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作職責
1. Planning of quality control measures with new projects/新項目質(zhì)量控制手段的策劃
- Creating and updating control plan (Prototype, Pre-launch and Production) according to the schedule of new projects
根據(jù)新項目計劃制定并更新控制計劃（手工樣件，試生產(chǎn)，生產(chǎn)）
- Coordinating and conducting inspection and tests (external and internal) which are requested by the project
協(xié)調(diào)和實施項目所要求的檢驗和試驗（內(nèi)部和外部）
- Planning and conducting MSA for gages used by operator at production line and test equipment used by quality lab
計劃并實施生產(chǎn)線上操作員使用的量檢具以及試驗室使用的試驗設備的測量系統(tǒng)分析
- Communicate with customer for customer release (PPAP or EMPB)
針對顧客批準（PPAP或EMPB）與顧客進行溝通
- Reporting and documentation.

2. Customer complaint management/顧客抱怨管理
- Analyzing customer returned products (0-Km and warranty)
顧客退貨的分析（零公里和售后索賠）
- Initiating short-term actions if necessary to securing the customer
如有必要啟動短期措施以確保顧客的安全
- Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive actions in case of customer complaint

- Communicating with customer for problem solving

3. Measurement gauge and test tooling control 量檢具測試工裝控制
- Serial production measurement gauge and test tooling continue improvement
批量生產(chǎn)過程，量檢具改進

4. Quality in Production review/生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制
- Leading the root cause analysis in case of quality problem during serial production
在批量生產(chǎn)出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題時組織進行根本原因分析
- Coordinating with the responsible employees for quality problem solving (root cause elimination)
協(xié)調(diào)相關負責人解決質(zhì)量問題（消除根本原因）
- Validation of the corrective and preventive actions which taken by the responsible employee
對相關負責人采取的糾正和預防措施進行確認
- Analysis process tool applies, familiar with DOE, FMEA, SPC
分析過程中的工具應用，熟練使用DOE，F(xiàn)MEA，SPC
- Cooperating with production team to monitoring on the scrap and rework rate
與生產(chǎn)部合作監(jiān)控廢品率和返工率
- Reporting and documentation

5. Others/其它
- Planning and conducting internal product and process readiness audits
策劃并實施內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品和過程就緒審核
