General Description: Enhance on high quality services focus on customers’ expectation, with timely, efficiency and providing accuracy information to minimize customer complaints. Specific Accountabilities: ? Follow the handling procedures as laid down for customers. ? Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation.
