2.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
2.1 Plan, organize, and execute process evaluation to develop new processes and process modifications.
Maintain production equipment state, to maximize production capacity. Processes include EPP, Sensor, PCBA, RBNA, IBNA, IPA and etc.
2.3 Optimize safety and ergonomics risk assessment procedures, ensure all equipment in safety state, ensure all employee work in safe environment.
2.4 Innovate and introduce new approaches for process improvements within scope area, make production system more efficiency.
2.5 Lead quality improvement project within ME scope, improve scrap and FPY KPI.
2.6 Lead CIS project, control manufacturing and maintenance cost to meet with KPI requirement.
2.7 Provide formal and informal training for department Technicians and Manufacturing engineers, improve personnel skills to meet with work requirements.
2.8 Assist in the development and implementation of system level Predictive and Preventive maintenance practices, keep capital assets in good condition, and increase production efficiency.
2.9 Manage ME and MT related document, such as PFMEA, Production parameter, SOS, PM, TPM and etc, update all related document timely.
2.10 Collect and analysis operation data, such as Non-OEE, SMT cost, find opportunity and work out solutions to improve OEE and control SMT cost.
2.11 Lead digital innovation within components ME team.
2.12 Support line manager job.
任職要求:
Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
Good math and computer skills.
Discipline to observe all safety rules and perform tasks in a manner that will avoid injury to themselves or others.
Ability to service machinery in such a way to avoid damage to capital equipment, tools, or production line product.
Proficiency in the safe use of basic machine shop equipment and hand held power tools.
Understand Steering process methods of operation and maintenance. Must understand critical component characteristics, process characteristics and equipment characteristics.
Ability to understand and use Electronic, Electro-Mechanical and Pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings to resolve various performance deficiencies.
Understanding of basic mechanics, pneumatics, and electrically controlled machinery as used in an automated production environment.
-Ability to utilize critical thinking skills as applied to root-cause troubleshooting and analysis.
Ability to define and produce maintenance performance reports.
Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers and Numerically Controlled Machines is desired.
Ability to update and maintain machine reference documents and technical procedures is desired.
Proven skills in the use of Machine Shop tools e.g. mill, lathe, surface grinder, etc is desired.
Prefer to have plant digital project activate experience.
Educational: Technical BS degree.
Experience: More than 5 years of work experience in a related field
