英語需要作為工作語言,平時會議需要使用英文,口語不敢開口暫不考慮
本科以上,需要至少2年以上員工關系入轉調離相關工作經(jīng)驗,有sap使用經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
要求人選穩(wěn)定,細心,有責任心
此崗位暫無HC,若通過寶馬的面試,簽訂正式勞動合同(與外企德科),入職試用期開始繳納社保五險一金,補充醫(yī)療保險,試用期薪資不打折,其他福利待遇同寶馬,若有HC,會有轉內機會。
一、Onboarding Process Support
?Prepare onboarding material, finish related system recording, monitor RPA onboarding steps successfully completed and responsible for all emplyees onboarding data correctly.
?Book meeting room, receive and deliver onboarding welcome session related supporting documents to employees
?Contact employees to provide detail information to ensure them arrive office successfully
?Warmly welcome to new employees, received and check on-boarding materials
?Send back all supporting documents of each employee back with chop
?To provide timely and efficient support to Shanghai employees and to improve employee experience with HR
二、Exit Process Support
?Received Resignation application form or termination request form and record.
?Conduct the mutual agreement for mutual case
?Check the materials and conduct the exit process in SAP
?Send the annual leave balance email to Employee and explain the exit process in order to provide timely and efficient support to employees and to improve employee experience with HR
?Send the social insurance and housing fund termination information to Fesco
?Send the termination information to Zhongyi
?Send the termination information to Expat visateam for CHF exit
?Receive the annual leave confirmation and inform payroll team
?Inform Shanghai Onsite for Shanghai Hukou exit employee
?Conduct the Termination Certificate with HR chop
?Collect the signed check out list and deliver the Termination Certificate to Employee
?Upload the related document to Elida
三、Regular Report
?Provide the monthly regular report to each function team
?At the middle of the month need send the request for Master Data to RPA team
?Based on newest Master Data conduct the report with different requirement
?Support for other ad hoc report requirement "
四、Coordination and Support on the HR related inquires
?Support on Shanghai Residence Permit and Hukou topic
?Investigate and feedback to employees for Social Insurance 能熟練使用今日招聘網(wǎng),招聘號的維護
