Coordinate a supplier quality audit program. Align with TE requirements. Coordinate and participant in external audits. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of supplier quality audit process. -Contribute to new supplier qualification, supplier periodic evaluation and monitoring as independent Q input with global CFT team, and implement eg: focus audit to supplier and drive development plan where necessary.-Initiate and facilitate CAPA process under defined procedure, follow up agreed actions and ensure the effectiveness of CAPA. -Change control process as Q-gate to ensure 1st lot of material is in compliance with defined procedure and requirement.Requirements-5 years above working experience in supplier quality or in related quality function areas.-Working experience in medical device or PCBA manufacturing is a plus-Has advanced knowledge of the supplier topic, certified ISO9001/ISO13485 internal auditor is preferred.-Familiar with electronic/mechanical manufacturing process and components.-QC tools/CAPA//6 Sigma, CAPA methodological mindset for continuous improvement Our global team:We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
