待遇:
(1)年薪制:稅前年薪依據(jù)聘期工作業(yè)績(jī)按照三個(gè)等級(jí)劃分:等級(jí)a, 27萬(wàn)元人民幣;等級(jí)b, 24萬(wàn)元人民幣;等級(jí)c, 21 萬(wàn)元人民幣。聘期初始年薪為等級(jí)c,當(dāng)在chemistry of materials, chemical science, advanced functional materials, advanced energy materials, 或者其他相當(dāng)?shù)钠诳习l(fā)表論文時(shí),年薪提高至等級(jí)b;或者當(dāng)在nature communications, journal of the american chemical society, angewandte chemie, advanced materials, energy and environmental science或者其他相當(dāng)?shù)钠诳踔粮玫钠诳习l(fā)表論文時(shí),年薪提高至等級(jí)a。新的年薪將適用于整個(gè)合同期,也就是以往聘期的年薪差額將會(huì)被補(bǔ)發(fā)。
(2)其他:學(xué)校提供5萬(wàn)元的科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi);博士后在站期間博士后配偶隨博士后流動(dòng),學(xué)校對(duì)其配偶安置臨時(shí)性工作,如配偶不隨博士后在站期間流動(dòng),學(xué)校將按照相關(guān)規(guī)定給予博士后在站期間每月500元作為博士后配偶的補(bǔ)貼(最多發(fā)放2年);其他額外補(bǔ)助需面議;小孩入托和入學(xué)可安排在桂林理工大學(xué)附屬幼兒園和小學(xué)。(備注:師資博士后進(jìn)站時(shí)也可申請(qǐng)按照當(dāng)年引進(jìn)博士人員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(20-40萬(wàn)元)領(lǐng)取安家費(fèi)。)
工作內(nèi)容和職責(zé):利用高溫高壓系統(tǒng)、低溫拓?fù)溥€原等多種方法制備新化合物和材料,測(cè)量離子導(dǎo)電、介電/鐵電/磁性以及其他功能性質(zhì),利用粉末x-射線和中子衍射、透射電鏡、固態(tài)核磁共振譜等互補(bǔ)手段研究晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和缺陷結(jié)構(gòu),并結(jié)合分子動(dòng)態(tài)模擬和第一性原理計(jì)算等理論計(jì)算開(kāi)展結(jié)構(gòu)-物性關(guān)系等機(jī)理研究;定期向課題組負(fù)責(zé)人匯報(bào)和討論工作,起草、修改以及在具有影響力的學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表研究論文。
要求:已獲得無(wú)機(jī)化學(xué)、材料科學(xué)或者凝聚態(tài)物理方向的博士學(xué)位;具有良好的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)知識(shí),在無(wú)機(jī)固體化學(xué)/物理、固體材料計(jì)算化學(xué)/物理、固體高溫高壓合成、或者透射電鏡等方向具有一定研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
合作導(dǎo)師介紹:匡小軍,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者。1999年7月畢業(yè)于江西南昌大學(xué)化學(xué)系獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2004年6月畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院無(wú)機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè),獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,師從林建華和荊西平教授。2004年8月-2010年7月期間,先后在英國(guó)liverpool大學(xué)化學(xué)系matthew j. rosseinsky教授(英國(guó)皇家學(xué)會(huì)院士)課題組和durham大學(xué)化學(xué)系ivana r. evans博士課題組從事博士后研究。2009年入選中山大學(xué)‘百人計(jì)劃’,2010年7月-2013年3月于中山大學(xué)化學(xué)與化學(xué)工程學(xué)院任副教授和碩士生導(dǎo)師。2013年3月入職桂林理工大學(xué),先后獲得教育部2013年度“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”、首屆廣西高校引進(jìn)海外高層次人才‘百人計(jì)劃’,2014年度廣西自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金,第18批廣西“新世紀(jì)十百千人才工程”第二層次人選和2016年度國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金等人才計(jì)劃的支持,2017年獲得第14屆廣西青年科技獎(jiǎng)。主持5項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和5項(xiàng)省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目。研究方向?yàn)闊o(wú)機(jī)材料與固體化學(xué),從事介質(zhì)材料和固態(tài)離子導(dǎo)體等電子功能陶瓷材料的合成,性質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)效關(guān)系等基礎(chǔ)研究,利用包括粉末衍射、透射電鏡和固態(tài)核磁共振譜在內(nèi)的多種互補(bǔ)方法確定材料的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和局域缺陷結(jié)構(gòu),在原子級(jí)層次上理解結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)電性質(zhì)的作用機(jī)理。目前以第一或通訊作者身份在nature materials、nature communications、journal of the american chemical society、angewandte chemie、chemistry of materials、journal of materials chemistry (a/c)、advanced electronic materials、inorganic chemistry等國(guó)際著名期刊上發(fā)表40余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。
課題組研究條件:依托有色金屬及材料加工教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和廣西光電材料與器件重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等研究平臺(tái);重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室具有粉末x-射線衍射儀,透射電鏡、x-光電子能譜、掃描電鏡、拉曼光譜等大型儀器;材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院具有材料科學(xué)與工程一級(jí)學(xué)科博士授予權(quán);課題組現(xiàn)有實(shí)驗(yàn)室面積350平米,課題組內(nèi)目前具有帶高溫附件的變溫粉末x-射線衍射儀、walker型多面頂高溫高壓制備系統(tǒng)、solartron交流阻抗儀和電化學(xué)界面、低溫電學(xué)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)、熱分析儀等材料研究設(shè)備和用于理論計(jì)算的服務(wù)器;課題組與法國(guó)高溫材料所、美國(guó)nist中子中心以及北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院等國(guó)內(nèi)外著名科研單位具有密切的合作研究。課題組為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供在科研合作單位進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)修和研究訪問(wèn)的機(jī)會(huì)。

thepostholder will preparenew substances andnew materialsusing the methods ofhigh temperature/high pressure solid state reaction.theionicconductivity, dielectric, ferroelectric,magneticand other functional propertiesof new compounds and materials will be characterized.powder x-ray and neutron diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(throughcollaborationwith dr. mathieu allix in cnrs cemhtilaboratory)and other meanswill beemployedto carry outthecrystal structure and defect structure analysisto establish thestructure-propertyrelationship combined with molecular dynamics simulation and the first principle calculation.thepostholder is required to carry out the research work efficiently, make regular report and discussion to the group leader, and draft manuscripts for publications in internationally well-recognized journals on chemistry and materials.
